Our best seller, the wet-rub blend, is consist of the following ingredients;
Garlic,Onion,Cilantro,Scallion Parsley,Thyme,Cayenne pepper, Dry crush red pepper, Chipotle chili peppers, Green Red, & Yellow bell peppers, Black pepper, Habanero peppers,Paprika, Sea salt, Brown Sugar,Ground all spice,Nutmeg,Cinnamon,Five spice (Anise,Clove,Fennel, Szechuan peppercorn,Coriander), Apple cider vinegar.
For best result, we recommend you do the following; Prepare meat in a medium bowl after cleaning and washing with cold salt water. Add two or three table-spoon of sofrito to 1 lbs of your choice of meat and rub in the seasoning well. Cover with a lid if possible or swarm wrap and place back into refrigerator overnight so the seasoning can soak into the meat. On the day of cooking, take the content out from the refrigerator and let sit out for two to three hours before cooking. Pre-heat oven at 375 degree and place the meat in a baking pan tightly covered and bake for three hours. After three hours lower the oven to 300 and continue baking until done. Remove from oven and serve when ready to eat.
